Going to Cooranbong, Morisset NSW - Kiting spots?

going there for 10 days early jan...

what are the best spots with onshore winds around that area... open ocean or flat water...

much appreciated

You could try Dora creek Cooranbong is at the base of the Watagan state forest..Awesome trail bike riding but if you want to kite your going to have to drive.. Hit the lake for flat water (gay) or Blacksmiths is probably the closest good spot for waves..

There is a guy that kites at balcolyn in a NEaster

But most people will head for the beach

Anywhere from nobys (newcastle) in the north to the entrance in the south and all the beaches inbetween
