This is something that I have only just noticed on Google earth. Maybe it has been around for awhile, but new to me. Where you can see a "360" bubble, you can click on it and take a virtual walk on the beach! Apparently, it was filmed literally from a person holding the camera, walking along the sand. Just recently, the Google photo car was seen by one of my sons, driving around our suburb, so I guess we can all expect updated pics to be found in Google Earth.Makes you wonder if the photographer walked past any kiters on the beach? Pic 2 shows one of the high tech camera on one of the cars. How much would that be worth!?

Cool, one day we won't have to leave our computers for anything at all...

Actually our brains will be wired up to the server, floating in a jar of brine, and we can go kite surfing any where in the world we want, while the rest of our body is working away mindlessly at at a lead mine to pay for this virtual reality
