You know if anybody knew who I was I am sure I would be banished from the shores of Melville Waters. My issue is this - wind is blowing 20-25 knots all day yesterday, I leave work at 4.30pm speeding all the way home to get my kit, put on my wetsuit and drive down to Melville. I pump up my kite and get that bloody sensation that the wind is dropping. Tell myself it is just a lull, get it launched then that god awful realisation - its gone. This happens to me all the bloody time. How can the wind blow all day at 20-25knots and drop to 10 the moment I get there? Why does this keep happening me? What am I doing wrong? Are there any tips or tricks?

you have to sacrifice a goat to the wind gods.

not too many goats mind you. We sacrificed 700 goats one time and that gave us 50 knots.... a little bit too much.

No! sheep have no affect on the wind that is commonly known! where have you ausies been. Goats are the way and the light for sacrifice.....

obviously a virgin sacrifice is also pretty good.

so if sacrifice a virgin goat then you will get the greatest knot per sacrifice ratio!.

heres the formula.

wind speed increase = Virgin x goat sqaured x temperature/ pressure x pi

While we are on formulas.

woman = time x money

time is money so...

woman = money x money.
woman = money squared

money = the root of all evil.

woman = sqaure root x evil sqaured
woman = evil.

They are some funny posts Plummet. Not bad. Perhaps you can make a trip over to Adelaide and work some of your magic. We have had like 1 windy weekend in the past 6 months.

However I think there is an error in your formula. If for example a goat is sacrificed that is not a virgin, virgin = zero and therefore does not increase wind speed. The formula should be:
Wind speed increase = virgin + goat squared x ...
Much better.
