i saw this in about 2004 at the train, the kite went up like a rocket and the kiter got right up above the tinny, the boat suddenly cut power and then kiter+kite immediately fell like a rock out of the sky (i don't think they expected this to happen). i think everyone had to empty their undies shortly after
