Hi,

Does anyone know why the shots from a GoPro Hero3 Black are coming out very 'green'? the colour is seriously intense but very green, way beyond the norm.

Anyone knows why?

The following shot has already been 'cleaned up' a little in photoshop but it's still far too intense in the green spectrum..

Cheers,

V

Had a friend who had that problem with his HDhero2 from new

get directly in contact with the guys at gopro and they should sort you out
if you can get hold of another same model gopro from a mate and take a few back to back pics and vid to show the probs it should speed things up - thats what he did and they sorted him out

Same problem with the gopro3 black Ed. The clarity & colour is much better on the hero2, so went back to that until they sort out the problem.

Hi Sir V,

Can you please tell what type of mount and where you have on the kite/lines. That is a great angle and would really appreciate the info.

Cheers

Try and see what the outcome is like with it off, and if it is still green then you have problems (as I have only shot at 720p 100fps with protune off so far and the picture isn't green like yours). I would also advise updating the firmware.

Tks Mr Big.. I will try with it off to see what happens, and perhaps wait for a not-so-green day . I also thought I had the latest firmware but it's time to check.

Great feedback, tks.

I had the same issue with GP2, by formating the SD card with the GoPro it fix the problem for me.
