English may not be the sellers first language, or perhaps he just cant spell....doesnt mean its not legit!
But due diligence my friend, speak directly to him regarding the condition of kites, bars & lines, request photos etc, be sure your comfortable and satisfied if your interested in buying.
And if it sounds to good to be true......it probably is 
There are no pics of the actual kites, only downloads from the web, and why is there a vegas in there?...hrmmm I would be suspicious!
