I have recently learned of an incident that could have resulted in dangerous and stupid consequences. Kiting in Newcastle harbor! The hunter river is a major shipping lane, this activity could and would inevitably bring forth the banning of kiting in Newcastle! ... worse than the lack of wind has already put on kiting! Thank goodness there was a fishing boat close at hand apprehend such stupidity.

Euros are mad because they have no real identity.........what the fk is a euro anyway, confused mad lot who want to call Australia home..........and the French are really weird.........kinda like the Aussies............I find that the French and the aussies sort of dislike each other because they are so alike............more red wine please.

I take offence to that. I have been travelling for 9 months now in south and central America and the french I have come incontact with are nothing like Aussies. They are more like a whole series of rude, offensive aussie slang words strung together! Not all of them course, but i would have to say the vast majority ratio wise.

Hiiii!!

I've got a hunch that it was when we had humungous swell and a NE .Prolly headed out on the south side of the breakwall at Pirates cove n the flatwater and lost ground into the river and couldn't get back in past the pirates cove breakwall ,tried for dogcrap beach on the south side (horseshoe),missed it and ended up grovelling around in the river with oyster caked rock banks his only option on both side s (only for the experienced eh Phil )i
