It's a standard control bar with a normal central-hole ...
but I've fastened a 'fairlead' hole-bracket onto the centre as an extra feed-guide.
I call it the 'double barrel c0ntr0l bar'. (patent pending)
I can, you could sell it to different companys to pair with their overpriced, overhyped bow contraptions. You could make millions.

Didn't Gaastra make a 2 holed bar once? The idea being that, combined with a swivel on your chicken loop, untangling the bar after a rotation simply required the kiter to push/pull the bar and the chicken rope would untangle.
(In Gaastra's case, it was a 5th line. In Wavey's case, I'm assuming it's the other half of the chicken rope)

It makes more sense NOT to have a hole (thru the bar) strengthwise.

ps old cad bars had the hole not going through the bar and they had that 'revolutionary' but really **** idea for locking down the power which i think was useful for deadmans and nothing else.
I think it's a safety system. And as it's slave's it's probably an alternative to a leash, only works for those who ride hooked in, and sucks for untwisting.
Still, these imagined limitation saside, I'm guessing that there's a loop that goes through the second hole and then one end up through the bar to your front line/s and the other end goes to your chicken loop (though I'm not sure how that helps. The loop attaches to your harness and if your chicken loop fails or unhooks involuntarily, the loop pulls through in such a way the your front line/s are pulled down to the bar, thereby depowering/flagging the kite like a regular front line flag, but with the bar still within reach so you can re-set it or self-rescue more easily.
And slave, I still would like to see pics of your custom chicken loop.

I know its a turkey ring or whatever Felix , Tophat and the boys call it. Ride fully powered, sh!t hits the fan release on your contraption.
Been looking at the vids of the boys and it definitely seems alot of power is lost with depower, you could ride quite a few sizes down!

I have a donkey dick which is attached to my spreader bar. ^^^
I make my donkey dick by cutting off the 'horn' from a poley harness line.
This is a fail-proof donkey-dicking method and the chicken ring never comes out unintentionally.
