I guess other companies could post 1:30min videos as well every two weeks, so you could consider it their fault if they don't seize the opportunity. As said, it just gets a little one-sided style wise..
So what I'd like to see next time:
1. Dude driving up to the beach.
2. Dude setting up his [BWS] gear.
3. Cranking out a big(!) kiteloop on the water.
4. Coming in and landing.
5. Optionally: Driving back home stoked in the sunset.
If BWS could pull that off, a green one from me would be guaranteed!
Amen! A strapped air or carving turn has half the degree of difficulty of a strapless move. The joy from sticking one of those moves are off the hook. Ben Wilson, ryland and Ian are the guys I go home after every kite study on YouTube and try to see how I could kite better because they have it down pat!
No doubt Ian is a stylish rider. I would love to see him pull these moves riding down the line and not pinching upwind in onshore conditions.
I rarely see the strapless guys pull this off down the line at my local.
Having said that, I enjoy watching him ride (on video at least)
Trainer wheels is a bit harsh how about safety straps? Just jokes before the flood of insecure bull**** starts flooding in. Its great to see new footage and if BWS want to make it good on em. All anti pimp sensitive people need not apply. Makan contol benchons!
The way these guys pimp themselves & their brands doesn't really effect me. But... is it necessary to constantly pimp the state?
