Mind you tho, my first flights were from about 1600m mountain between two countries, with no reserve...
classic .I was thinking what would bear grills do here(probably tether the eagles and get it to fly him out and then rip its head off and suck its guts out) and then he mentions Bear Grills .
Got attacked by a wedge tail eagle years ago in my hang glider .Bloody scary this one tops it by a mile
No idea what language that was but I understood every word he said on the way down. Seriously lucky fella!
It's Russian language...I don't think in a situation of saving life one would speak english so the World can understand![]()
Wow how cool is this guy even when it's all gone to #%^* at the end of the day that is what saved him. In years gone by these guys had no parachute!!
Cool as a cucumber; saving his own skin and still able to offer some comic commentary along the way. I'm guessing there's some serious hours of training behind that; and some military work perhaps, as he seems to be just fine with life-threatening situations.
Now if only those damned eagles would learn to understand Russian so they could get the instruction to look around when they're cruising through their own territory several hundred metres up ...
