Been thinking of playing around with mounting a camera on my kite an maybe on the bar.
anyone have any ideas on what cameras are best and how to mount?
There is a mount for sale on Seabreeze that looks pretty good. It is compatible with a few different cameras.
The Panasonic FT1 looks pretty good as it shoots video in HD and is waterproof, ruggedized. But I think editing the files might be tricky.
new go pro hd. comes out this month and shoots hd video and 5mp stills. shoots 120 deg or 170 deg footage and stills with fisheye lens. under $400
