Does any one know if there is a kiteboarding community in Suva, Fiji?
I will be staying in Suva from Feb - July 2010 and am wanting to know if there will be any ok places to kite at in Suva. If you know where the local kiteboarding action takes place at in Suva please also fill me in. Are there many local kiteboarders and a small kiting community there?

Hey mate, heard there's a few (5-10) local kiters in Suva. Local spot there is called Suva point, you can't miss it and everyone knows where it is. Popular spot for windsurfers and beach goers alike.

Try the coral coast. Great beaches and awesome flatwater. Just watch the reefs at low tide.
