Hey all,

Hey, looking at taking a trip for a week or so in early October. Where are the most consistent locations (warm water a bonus, waves a bonus) at this time?

Probably looking to be NSW or QLD, but maybe VIC/SA if it is cranking down that way...

Cheers,
Tom

The summer NE winds will have started by october on the east coast, but the water will still be chilly. The further north u go the warmer the water will be. My pick would be the sunshine coast, u have also got the cable park if there are any non kiteable days.

If you could hold out a couple weeks you would be able to come to Robe, SA for the Wave Nationals (21st to the 25th i think). Its gearing up to be a great event and sounds like there are going to be some solid crew down there for a belter of a week.

Seabreezers are about to hear of an awesome week at Exmouth (so I believe) about the first week in Oct. organised by the locals up there.
I know its the end of the earth - some would say that even from perth - but if you're up for it you wouldnt be disappointed.
Good luck wherever you go.

ps if ur wondering its bout a 15hr drive from Perth but there are planes that get there quicker.
