Hey,
I've recently moved to Murwillumbah and looking for people to kite with between the goldy and Byron.
I mainly kite at Kingscliff, Cudgen and Wooyung . but i dont know any kiters in this area to go with and prefer to kite with others.
always keen to get out and do downwinders too.

let know if ur interested or a regular spot so i can say g'day

g'day jake, i live 15km out of murbah at stokers siding.
wooyung is my local but i usually kite at pottsville in a northerly. i am always keen to do downwinders too.

there is also a regular crew that ride at caba and kingscliff, but i think the stretch between hastings and open sores (ocean shores) is much better for downwinders. there are no cliffs to spoil the wind like at kingscliff/caba. having said that i reckon the seabreeze is a bit stronger the further north you are due to the extra urban development.
