I'm heading to Koh Samui for a friends wedding and holiday in mid April. I was wondering if anyone has been there and if its worth taking a kite with me?
I didn't kite there but catch a ferry to Ko Phan Gan ? And you will feel like you are flying something.
Save your baggage allowance for something else. Wind is marginal at best. If the wind does pick up and it usually doesn't last for long, head to Nathon where you will find a kite school where you can hire gear if you're desperate.
