I don't think you can say they placed
for a state title..everyone was out there
at once for an expression session and then 2
people were grabbed to judge,... I think prizes
could be awarded for best air ,best wave etc.but
not really a state title especially hard to judge when
some riders on twinys ,and with only half
(or less in a few divisions) of the competitors out,it
has no reflection on the organisers it's just the way
things panned out .. but I think to claim a state title you
need to be judged with the right criteria and format.
Everyone just went out for a kite when the wind
finally kicked in at 5.30 in the afternoon..I know
one guy was told he wasn't judged because he didn't
have a rashy on but they were giving them out after
everyone was on the water so whoever happened
to notice they were handing them out kited
in to grab one.
Nah pretty sure he smoked fools, on and off the water... Just straight ballin up in peoples face.

By the way! I payed $65.00 for a kite session and some free tees, just lucky to get a trophy too. Watch the clouds boys & girls they tell more than the graphs.
