Just wanted to say its a nice suprise to see some good quality customer service still exists in the world and my recent two experiences this weekend was within this industry with my "local" Melbourne based Kite shops, not going to pimp names at all but just say that the two store owners i met were both very polite, professional, objective and did not at any stage pimp their store or brands but just offered generalised advice and attention to detail considering I was only in to have a look on a cold wet (non windy) Melbourne day. To me its that kind of service that makes it all the worth while to buy local and support Australian Businesses where possible. Two big thumbs up from me guys.
