It's a bit of a rare occurrence but I have had sessions at locations 1 and 2 at Greens Lake. I will be passing there on Saturday and the forecast says strong N / NW wind so I thought I would look in. Then I remembered Lake Cooper is full after being empty throughout the decade of drought. Would appreciate advice from those who have kited there. Best spot? Access? Better than Greens? Any hazards? (submerged farm fences)

Hi Rob, good to see you still looking for adventure.

Greens is the go, best launch area but also best in southerlies.

Look up 'Central victorian kiteboarding' on facebook they have a page and there are now quite a few local area kiters that use Greens and are well versed on watching the weather.
