My name is Rens from Iru Fushi. We are looking for windsurf/kiteboard/cat sail instructors/assistand managers with an international license from now on for a period of (6/12 months) Shorter is possible, but in that case you will be responsible for your ticket.
We are also looking for instructors/assistant manager on another island!
We offer Kiteboarding, Windsurfing, Cat Sailing, Motorized sports (wakeboard/waterski/monoski/kneeboard/funtube/banana) and excursions to snorkle sites and other islands.
After 6 months you get your one way ticket and after 12 months you get a return ticket to you home country. We provide accomodation (A/C, TV, Bathroom), Breakfast, lunch and dinner, $100 credit for the bar, 10% service charge and a salary of $500 a month. An assistant manager will get $600 a month.

US $500 sounds about right for a week, maybe it's a typo.. Or possibly targeting young travellers looking for free accom?
$100 bucks for the bar? I hope that's not for the entire time!! Most kiting aussies would demolish that credit the first night!! 
You can earn more on the dole and you dont have to work.
$100 per hour on the bar might be more inviteing for us aussies
I dunno $450 a month without having to pay for meals or accomodation isn't that bad. In fact i think it's more spare cash than i get at the moment... 
Anyone read it properly? Or applied?
10% service charge at a Hilton Resort could be quite a sum!!
