Melbourne kitesurfing in today's northerly wind

Can anyone tell me what the best place to kitesurf in todays wind?

Rye/Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula should be good.
Late change though.

Winds: North to northwesterly 20 to 30 knots easing to 15 to 20 knots mid
afternoon before a squally south to southwesterly change at 20 to 30 knots by
early evening.

Rosebud was howling by 12 but died

carrum was then great 20-25 NW turned SW by 4:30 and hit 46knts

Next time try Rye we had plenty of wind from 12 till 4 pm, only for the big kites though 11/12m, advanced riders were pulling very high jumps for the conditions,about 8m I think, it was a great afternoon but it was definetly better before noon, ahh those late nites

^^^^^ the wind died around 2:30ish at rosebud and ewan had to resort to his light wind board and 12m
