It makes you wonder.....how much of what we do with a surfboard on a wave is related to the fins, and how much is related to the rail?
This is a 100% rail machine!
Loud - make sure you understand what you are watching before attempting a psss take mate.
Take 2 for Loud -
No piss take intended. I thought it was awesome! Understand what you are reading before attempting a derogatory comment. Even gave you a green thumb, Ben. Wont be doing that again!![]()
but he's not using a twin tip, and 'who would have thought' is clearly sarcastic. Is English your first language?
Sheesh.. ladies please. ![]()
I think we can all agree it's kn awesome and that he has pinched someones esky lid! ![]()
I beleive the word your all looking for is "Stooga" short for 'standup booga'.
I dont beleive its a twin tip coz there is rocker shaped into the front and not the back, although diffrences in toe side and heelside are ok if they are the same at both tips> get it?
stooga is great paddle practice coz there is not as much bouyancy on a normal booga and waves are hard to catch But,
If you do just get your back foot on the back corner and you will get a line to trim with,
its really not that hard once you caught the wave
...tho after trimming everything else is not paticulary functional (cuttys, reos, rail to rail) are pretty gumbish unless you specialise.
I know one guy in dunno who rips at it, reos the lot. funny thing is he has no standup back ground which is wierd.
too many surfers anyway, its too hard and every one should just give up![]()
