Hey are any of you guys going to sign up for Movember.
I signed up today au.movember.com/
It's for a really good cause, mens health. A mate of mine just had a prostate operation, cancer, what they didnt tell him is that he would be incontenant for the next 6 months.Grown man reduced to wearing nappies, and the cost = 4 new kites.
Lets get this fixed so we dont have to go through that crap.
Looking for donations on the web site, sign up, donate to yourself or donate to me.
And lets get some photos going and perhaps one of our worthy kite dealers will donate to the best Moustache!
Regards
Andrew Lisser
at the moment i'm spreading some slow release fertiliser on the 5 oclock shadow to crank it up for the start of movember
bit of a late start
i kept that one for ages after movember finished and got some classic/strange looks from crew
Great cause....... great fun!
**1 out of every 11 men in Australia will contract prostate cancer**
If only us blonde bearded types could get testosterone injections to the upper lip in an attempt produce something worthy! ![]()
On this note - COVER UP AND PUT SOME BLOODY SUNSCREEN ON!!!!
Will give the mo a go bro.
I aint the most moustachioed fella in the world and reckon wifey will be stearing clear for the month but it's worth it. My dad's been going through the whole rollercoaster over the last year and a half.
It is amazing that PC knocks of as many as breast cancer but has only very recently been raised in the public conscience. Still not as out there as BC but the awareness is better than it used to be thanks to things like Movemeber etc.
Good post 8foot+ ![]()
Hey - does anyone wanna start a Seabreeze Team?
Also maybe post this in the General section for surfers/poleys/people who smell of fish guts etc?
Could be wrong but I reckon a lot of SUP riders would already have a bit of lip caterpiller goin on? ![]()
EDIT: I have decided to try to get a work team together for moi but would be good to also see a SB hairy caterpiller fraternity.
Bow wukk wukka bow wow..
yeh, we've done it for the last couple of years. It's great to see awareness for men's health has risen immensely over this time..
Last year Grilld restaurants gave a free burger a day to participants and it looks like they'll be on again. www.grilld.com.au/
I have been told that one way to keep ya manhood healthier is to release the tension(wink wink...ya know what I mean) as often as possible.
I have told all my sister wives this and they are very helpfull in accomodating all my needs.
