Hi team. I have been out of the water for a few years. Got a new titanium shoulder in March 2011 so hell bent on playing catch up. I have a new (2004) Naish Boxer kite that I used 3 times before a flying accident nailed my shoulder. Mixed info from friends suggest the kite is unsafe/ok due to newer models having better depower? I just want to get back into it as soon and as safely as I can. shoulder is strong and I am fit - had one month surfing Gnaraloo in July and another month surfing Asu in September. Been flying my trainer kite and an old 8m to regain the feel. Suggestions??
... I'm with those guys, treat yourself. Boxer is okay,,, but new stuff is waaaay better nowadays, your new shoulder will much prefer it!!
