His switch riding is unbelievable. Personally, i like his unstrapped. Is smoother from turn to turn. With strapped, he was all grrrr going for the bid move. Like i said, personal opinion.
Like a couple other guys, I was impressed with his ability to shred on lefts and rights and look smooth both ways. I had trouble telling which way was switch.
You can tell he is used to riding strapped he doesnt move his feet around much..but all round cool vid and great name to boot..my bet he is a natural footer..
exscuse me if i offend some by saying i ride strapped, which is why i would like to ask; is it common place for ppl to wear a regular surfboard leash while they kite? or is it usually reserved for big wave type stuff? i've not seen joe average wearing one yet?
Until I see people actually doing something switch, not just carving an S-turn it's not going to impress me, in fact it does far the opposite for me. Watching a dude dude 1 turn clips one way and then watching him do the exact same thing the other way doesn't amp me in the slightest.
The vid wasn't bad, some good clips in there and well put together. I also think he looks about 100x better unstrapped, that was obvious.
