I have been looking at getting out of the house Im renting and moving into a cheap run down unit so I can save some coin,get a house deposit up ect.
Found this unit,cross the road from the beach, 2 bedrooms,all upstairs area and veranda,$230 a week includes water and electricity.
I think the name of the units seems like its ment to be.
Looks like a good summer beer drinking veranda if I have ever seen one.
Lots of bikini clad girlies walking past to admire, cheap feeds and beers at the Bowlo 100m up the road.
But the big red arrow on the real estates photo will have to change to green before I sign the lease though.

Surely it looks straight out to sea.
Only can see bits of ocean.
Across the road are high sand dunes covered in high thick trees.
If you cut down the trees straight across from your unit to get ocean veiws,,it pretty obvious,and council cracks down quickly,,but,
If I cut down trees looking diagonal,,, NE and SE, not straight out front,,,so I can see approching lines of white caps,
The neighbouring unit will be the suspects[}:)][}:)][}:)]
