OK, had enough of reading rsc's crap!!

Everytime I watch the evening news they give the current windpeed in kph then tomorrow's forecast in knots?? WHY??

Even ABC who has a better rep on weather and news does this???

As far as I'm concerned wind should only ever be measured and reported in knots but either way why report it in two different measurements??

Is there a real reason for this???

Anyway, been bugging me for years!!
