Need your help again folks.
Need new straps. Want to feel real connected with by board, (but can't go bindings), narrowed it down to these two. Got a size 9 foot, chicken skinny ankles wider at front almost a flat foot condition. Football in the early days has taken its toll, so I need some support even in the arches if I can. Bloody Achilles keeps going on me.
Hear good things about both, and the adjustment potential on the entities is a plus.
But people who use the nobiles rave about them.
What's your experience. ?
North straps all the way , even when I buy a new nobile board I put North straps on it , the adjustment on the infinity straps can't be beat.
Have to agree. Upgraded my North Gonzales with the entity straps due to my feet slipping out all the time and am very happy with them. Very easy to adjust on the go and quite comfortable. I like the fact you can adjust font and back straps individually, strap width on initial setup and also stance position and angles.
Have briefly ridden the Nobile and found that while they stayed on ok, they were not quite as comfortable for me.
I have a 50/50 with north pads and had them on several 666's and NHP's mind you they are older pads 2010 & 2011 ? and the straps fit fine , Have tried infinity pads on a north boards (spike and Team) so I don't know if they will go on a new nobile?
dakine warlocks on a shinn footpad , feels like your wearing your nanas slippers but you cant get them off, easy tighten and slacken tabs on the go
cheers will look into that combo although need more adjustment on the pad for heelside adjustent than the shinn offers
