Out of hospital now at home on the road to recovery .Have to stay off my foot for six weeks .I have a plate and screws holding my heal together now. Here is a picture off the break in my heal and will post one of the plate and screws in two weeks when i go back to get it checked .
I will tell you guys now that having the plate and screws put in was way more painfull than breaking my heal !! After the operation when the nerve block wore off it hit me big time one off the most painfull things i have been through in my life so far .
