Anybody with weather skills up for explaining why the poor wind forecast for the next week?

Heat trough is lying off the coast, kills the seabreeze.
It sucks, but we have had a pretty good run
If you haven't had enough great sessions over the last 3 weeks then you haven't pulled enough sick days! A few days off is good. Fri,sat sun it will be back. Pretty normal for a trough out as the summer kicks in.

It's a classic weather pattern, high in the bight, trough down the west coast. Just gotta wait for the next high cell to come on through... which is due Fri/Sat, and the breezes start again....
When you view the 7 day forecast graph, click on the graph, and it will show you the synoptic....
we briefly had some yellow arrows here last week.... 2 am tuesday morning, with a thunderstorm front. by the time we pumped up it was all over...

Here we go again. Another one from Perth complaining because the wind is only blowing 5 out 7 days a week. Try coming over to Adelaide. Then you will seriously know what it is like to have no wind.
