Hello
I'm looking for a place to ride in April (9 to 30) with wind everyday :) I would prefer in Asia. Thinking about Vietnam or Philippine. I have a 7 and 10 kites riding for few years now, I prefer flat water, but easy wave would be great too. Any advise?

can't speak for the kiting in vietnam, but the culture, food and people are top notch, i had a blast when i was there, people are friendly, culture is amazing, and everything is soooooooo cheap. you can go out for a night, have an amazing three course meal and get a bit silly on the beers for easily under 30 bucks
i stayed in Mui Nei in vietnam, sadly missed the wind but food is sensational ($4 mains amazing) and beer about 1 dollar.
I didnt see any epic flat water just choppy stuff. I did see some nice waves at one beach, No wind when i went though.
Mui Ne in Vietnam is a kitesurfing hotspot. I was there in April a few years ago and it is consistently 15+ knots. It is an awesome little town too, heaps of travelling kitesurfers over there as well so partying is quite fun.
