Please be careful

This is not meant as a whinge, pay out, put down etc.
Yesterday at Fishermans Beach there were quite a few kiters using the small beach at the far northern end to rig, stretch their lines etc. One poor lady got hit by kite lines not once but twice. Lucklily she was cool about it. But it wont take much for the complaints to start at Warringah council.
guys, this is a small family orientated beach and is really too small to be used in this purpose. Plus the houses and trees are very close. The other end (Home and Away cafe) is much more open and is usually less crowded.
My wife and daughter actually moved as they felt menaced by what looks like to the average beach goer as highly dangerous.
So please think about where you set up and the impact it can have on others.

Just had some correspondence with Rob from NSW kiting assoc. Nice to hear from someone doing a good but tough job.
Very professional and really trying to get everyone to do the right thing.
And not just about other water users, its the general beach going public who will complain. Much appreciated.
