Wheres the best spots to kite/sailboard in PP bay in N or NW?
Ive been to Rye and that was pretty goid. Any other suggestions?

Try Brighton on a northerly, but be wary that it is slightly offshore. This is pretty much your only option close to Melbourne, but if you're willing to drive an hour south down the peninsula, apparently Rosebud and Rye are great (not that i've kited there before).
