So thats good news for us ha, one less
and if you go to the yatala pie shop between briso and the goldie youll see pics on the wall of crocs that were shot in the local river systems years ago, so maybe their habitat zones were closer than we think now.
maybe you southeners are getting stalked and you dont no it !

heading up that way, whats the deal with the killer jellyfish people tell me to look out for? l know their seasonal but ive heard stories of people getting stung out of season. cheers.

Hey F, IMO I think the general rule up here is the higher up the coast you go the more prevelant the nastys are.
Most wear stinger suit leggies and rashie top if you wear these you will be right . Not the **** ones you see selling at servos in NQ/fnq,
Seen a couple of stings in summer this year that the victim got welts nothing serious
From now on at my local you wont see a jelly, as we get trade winds se/e.
and the jellys come to visit on northelys

In NQ Maybe till end of November depending on the wet if we are lucky

Wow. I was considering going to NZ but after looking at that i might head up to cairns next week if its still looking that good. Just means i'd have to pick up a 9m i guess.

I'm looking at heading up to Cairns and spending a week around Yorkeys and Pt Douglas. Bit paranoid about the Jellys. I imagine it would be alright at this time of the year though right? Ill be wearing a wetsuit at any rate.
