Just got back from a business trip from Singapore to hear my next door neighbour was 'that' surfer in the papers.

Gutted. He was such a good kid, well raised, respectful, always helpful, always smiling. I mean: it really stood out. I was telling his dad just the other day what a great kid they have.

Dark clouds...

Sounds like he was quite a young man. Putting himself in harms way to help a stranger must have taken huge bravery. His parents should be very proud to have raised such a man.

My thoughts are with his friends and family.

That he was... Clean living kid that loved to surf, law student. Just came back from a dream work exchange experience with ManCity football club. Always smiling.
