Just reminding everyone to keep the 16th of Oct free! (Behind and to the side of the public pool at Sandgate).
I'm sure you all know by now, but this is just incase you are one of those people that aren't updating your page every 3sec and missed our other posts!
As we have already mentioned this event is about having FUN, this isn't a hardcore kiteboarding slider comp for pros only, it's for everyone! It's a chance to get together, ride with you mates on a downwinder or along a slider, grab a bite to eat, skull a beer and talk some complete smack to anyone in your immediate vicinity!
Ok, to much writing here's a video that highlights what this event is all about!
Cheers,
Alex.
p.s. Shirts have arrived, so if you enter you get one for freeeee
(first in best dressed).

will help me for a 2 1/2 hour trip down . I will be trying my ass off though . For all that is going have fun and dont hit the rails with any thing but a board hitting one of those with ya body is guna hurt . Hope the wind blows and the water is flat have a blast .
Not sure on the entry details just yet, but there will be entry on the day. We may also set up an online way to pay and sign up, but I'm not to sure on that yet I will have to talk with Cam about that one. Either way, sign up will be available on the day.
Note: You must bring cash, and no shirts will be given out or riding allowed before you have paid.
Registration will be from 10 o'clock on site. Rail Riders will be $60 for the weekend, winching and ski if no wind. Then if you wish to still be part of the event $50 will get you a social pass, meaning you get a shirt, food from saturday lunchtime til 5 or so. Then Sunday kicks off at brunch time at 10:30am breaky, and will have food cooking til 3 o'clock. Also participants will be hydrated through out the event.
As has been said before, we are just trying to organise a fun social event, to bring everyone together and have fun on and off the water. There will be rails for all skill levels to have a ride on, so if people that have never tried hitting rails before are mildly thinking of wanting to have a crack, they should def have a go.
Hope to see you guys soon.
