Starting to pass the bar successfully now but I'm downlooping my kite as I'm completing my Pass, happened on both my 12 and 9, I'm splitting the lines with my front hand also.

Any tips? Should I slow my kites down?

try to pop harder and pull the bar harder to your hip. You need to get more slack into your lines when you pass the bar

if you are completeing your pass landing blind shouldn't your kite be flying upwards and not down? Your back hand should be grabbing the bar and sending the kite up if anything?!

cut your bar down. and try to pass while there is still slack in the lines so the kite doesn't move as much.

Big E, that's what is supposed to happen but as I'm letting go of my back hand my kites driving down and by the time i've landed and passed, the kite is at the bottom driving to the other side.

If I go harder I guess the kite will loop a lot slower, allowing me to pick the kite back up before it loops.

What size to cut to Stamp? I'm currently running 55cm on both kites but will keep a full size for loops if I cut one down.

55 is miles too big, should really only be running a 45, you don't need a big bar for loops, i used to do loops on my 38 for ages and it had no issue.

set your kite to slower turning, go into the trick a bit faster and dig a bit harder when you pop as to get a floatier raley. when you spin the bs1 i try to keep most of the pressure of the bar in just my index and middle fingers so that my ring and pinky fingers have very little pull on the bar. found this helps slow the kites down heaps.

as a rule of thumb i say cut your bar down until you can just fit your hands on it with about 10mm of play each side. i think mine is 13.5 inch, maybe 14.
cut it down a bit at a time if you are sketchy on taking too much off. you can easily cut more off until you reach the best length for you...

Practise makes perfect bud

doesn't matter how you hold the bar, or how fast the kite is, it just comes down to timing and practise.

example would be the PKRA, most of blokes competing can pull blind judge 5's and mobes on 6-7m kites in 40knts.
