Seeking information on kitesurfing in Roti, Indonesia. I am part of a (small) crew undertaking the Darwin/Kupang rally on the 23rd of July 2010. Once the rally is completed we move onto 90 days of a sailing/surfing/kitesurfing journey through "indo".
