Dear Crew

A couple of years ago, I stepped up with a mate to coordinate this beach user group and it's been good to watch it grow.

I won't say it's been particularly hard and with some recent events, I think that it may be time to hand over the reins to some new energy.

I have got a lot out of the time and energy put in (and I'm certain some positive karma too!!!) so here's your chance if you're passionate about kiting, our coastline and people!

Please PM or email me and I'll handover the reins and keep the horses looked after for as long as needed.

Big thanks for all your support,
Shan.

I'd like to thank Shan for taking the energy, time - and importantly initiative - to get this group happening and talking with WAKSA, Council, local kiters etc.

Much appreciated.

Carn folks.. everyone wails about the potential for drama and/or bans in the scarbs area and the number of idiots putting us all in peril.

It is probably the most frequented area for kiters, so if you want it protected, running smoovly and the kiters in the area happy, educated and free to kite - then step up as Shan did.

Er.. I can't do it, and have hardly even kited this season due to changing work/commitments.

Sorry for the slow response guys. Thanks for the kind words, bumps and Sebol for stepping up!

It's fine if you still kite at Scarbs and can get down for the occasional event. I've got your email from when you joined up Seb so will email you.

Anyone else want to lend a hand?

Ta, S.

Seems like Sebol was 'being a smartarse' (his words) so still waiting for someone to step up for Scarb Kiters.

Thanks people.
