I have a 2010 rev2 bar that i use for my 9m rev2. Can i use the same bar for a 7m 2011 ozone C4?

Me too. 1 bar, any 4 line kite normal simple kite. I like those overbeefed lines on the fronts. It makes me feel safe. Plus it helps my kite drift in the waves.
You can use any 4 line bar you want on a C4 provided you make the end connectors right and also tune the lines to the right length.
At full power with all lines tied to something equally, your bar should be about a couple of inches shy of touching your chicken loop.
