Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

The stitching on my foot straps has come apart - where a velcro section overlaps itself...so it's a matter of re-stitching the strap material back to itself.

Can this be re-stitched by hand? If so, what type of thread/needle should be used?

Cheers

dental floss is awsome stitching. seriously. plus you probably already own some, no need to shoot down to the local knitting circle for supplies.

^^ Really? I'd assume the older style stuff, not the new fancy/stretchy tape..?
I use any excuse possible to go down and catch up on the goss with the knitting gals.....

any non-natural thread will do it...a poly thread would be best.
Natural threads will rot in the water poly threads will not..
