Hi,
I am for a conference in Sydney and see that the wind is picking up by friday (my free day).
Could anyone tell me where to go? I did not bring any equipment so renting will be necessary (or if anyone out there want to lend me stuff...:). I have over 10 years experience, prefer waves, but flatwater will do.

Thanks!

Hey man,
You may be hard pressed to find someone willing to lend you gear in a rainy westerly, in Sydney (but prove me wrong Sydneysiders) and hiring gear doesn't happen either unless it is with an instructor (a lesson). Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

yeah...but I thought I could give it a try...what about windsurfing?
By the way... such nice and warm water at the end of winter... would like to have that up in The Netherlands...

There's a real nice Canadian guy that might lend you some gear. I heard he has heaps of kites and boards lying around for people to use.
