Has anyone got their tax return back yet?
I lodged mine on the 16th and the automated service says not to check until the 15th Aug. I hope it comes before the 6th as I'm heading north with Aus Kite Surfari and I'd LOVE to buy 2 new SBs (12 & 9) to take away!!!
Has anyone received theirs? If so, when did you lodge your return?
And what gear is on the cards?
i lodged mine on the 8th and got it back last friday (23rd)... if that helps at all
I did etax on the 7th July n am still waiting... it's never taken this long, always got my return in a weeks time... Rang the ato but the girl was about as helpful as boardies over wetties
hope I get it this week, I got a new kite and Fiji trip to pay for

we did our etax on the 1st of July and still waiting, funny thing was we got our family tax benefit bit back last week so you'd think that would mean the rest of it had been processed...
We rang the ato a couple of times and yeah, not very helpful at all.
Yeah,, the ATO are as about as helpfull as a comdom with a hole in it.
Have been trying to get them to sort out my old boss who hasnt paid my super for 4 years ( about $20,000 he owes me)!!!
Have been on the phone to them(ato) every second week for 2 years now and so far only got $1200 backWhile my old boss just bought a $1.5 million dollar house on the beach front????????????

After telling me "Things are a bit tight,cant pay your super again this week" , and me being understandig saying "no worrys,I understand,I know you will fix me up when things get better" then in his next breath he takes me into his lounge room to show me his brand new $12, 000 plasma tv

There are major problems with the ATO at the moment.... and there are significant delays in processing tax returns..... Calling them up wont help, you just have to sit tight...
I had a client who received two refunds for the same return this week.... if thats a sign of the incompetence.....
