Marvin, it seems the graph is wrong.
The graph shows the wind picking up late on Monday. Actual wind is 17-27 at 11:45am 
Same forecast for Cairns, was getting very excited considering I haven't been on the water now for a couple of weeks. However, it is pissing down with rain and it doesn't look like clearing for the rest of the week.
