Whats the point of using a kite if you are trying to emulate pro surfers??
Just have a surfing comp.
Depends if it is blowing 30 knots not sure a surfing comp would work. It is it's own discipline, why not have a comp.

The kiter and the kite, its called kitesurfing
you are allowed to wear a wetsuit though.
I think we should have a wetsuited class and an unwetsuited class.
Wet suits are sooo gay. 
You really cant rate those who kite with & those who kite without in the same league.
