Hey FatCat

Get over here to Perth quicksmart & buy some tickets to Kitestock. An excellent demo weekend party of all kitegear bla bla bla and plenty of other wind.

As for the big 'blow' Sydneyside... I think your mate doesnt play cricket

Hope ya find some wind anyway & have a good one

a. You seriously have no self initiative or imagination if you cannot find something else that is awesome to do in Sydney! Its uh, pretty much the number one tourist destination in Australia. Catching the harbour Ferry to Manly and going for a body surf at the beach would be a good start!

b. Whoever promised you wind was lying.

c. Lesson for all tourists (international and domestic) - do your research before you travel.

The weather isn't in negatives, the food is better and you don't have to be exposed to your two provincial teams playing the worst hockey of the last 10 years.

Go to the fish market. Coogee to Bondi walk. Royal national park. Hell, go pet a Koala!

if you had bothered to do some research you would have known that australia has 10 of the most venomous snakes and spiders in the world , along with dropbears .

Drop a beer and you will be asked to buy another one . A drop bear on the other hand is a little cuddly bear similar to a koala bear in size . It normally likes to reside in trees and when it is approaching dusk they come out to hunt . They surprise prey on the ground by dropping out of trees and knocking their prey off their feet . While not deadly to humans they can inflict a serious injury . My advice is if walking under trees do not look up or wear sunglasses .

Yeah canadians are cool as long as you are not a seppo masquerading as a Canadian.......

But if you are really serious about wind check the forecasts for WA. Vic Qld etc and get on a plane to the place with good prospects for the next week.

That's your best bet !!! No matter where you go though you have to be careful of those drop bears
