I've been looking at threads on this forum from 2006 and before about XTC kites and it seems that the guy mentioned in those threads is still active. My brother bought some kite buggies off him that did not live up to their promised performance and is now mysteriously unable to find the guy to get his money back. I don't want to raise issues for the forum here so have left details vague, but is anyone else still having problems with this guy?
