Just a rashie or long sleeve neo top, 1-2mm.
Look for a neo top with no zipper. Most are made with surfers in mind so they have zips down the side or back. This is all fine and good for getting it on/off but sucks with a harness.
There is a guy on egay right now selling 2mm xcel neo tops for like $75. I bought one yesterday.
