Looking to take up kite surfing. Not sure where to start.

Am keen to take it up as it looks fun and exciting, no expensive engine to maintain, and looks like it would keep you fit.

Weigh about 110kg if that helps decide wat gear I will need?

Any help appreciate, looking to take advantage of those windy days when the deap sea is tooo rough for fishing and my i cant be stuffed driving 2 hours out bush to ride me dirtbike.
