Yes, as the surface of the black kite will be hotter due to heat absorption it will therefore cut through the air faster - next!

Black fast, White slow,
White ones get dirty and gather too much weight.

I agree black kites absorb the sun’s rays, gaining more energy and thus more zip, pop and booyackasharrrr.

Once you go black you'll never go back.

depends if it's night time, or on snow

Taken on average of every kite ever, the Best Team and the BWS range are fast turning kites and are all black making the proportion of fast turning black kites slightly higher than the average of all other kites.
So yes, but it's in the design.

I'm going to get a custom kite made in 3 tone. Black, white and fluro pink in the middle (for getting the most air) just a bit worried the kite will just spin in circles.

Black = hotter = higher coefficient of friction = more resistance = slower
