8 windsurfers and one kite laying on the beach, a dog walks pass the windsurfers and and p11sses on my kite.
Needless to say I got a fair old ribbing from the polies.
All good though, I reckon my wave count was 5:1
Lucky it only pizzed on the kite my dog tries to rip my kites in half, it's an Am-staff tho 
when you rush to launch you 2011 c4 don't notice one steering twisted around the bar and watch as it drills itself into the ground in the middle of the powerzone and turns into a 2 peice kite.... aaargh!
In a hurry to get out I accidentally wore my boardies over my wetsuit....... now I can take credit for the new fashion statement......
yes... new c4 it is. i planned on getting another year from my 2011 c4....
oh well.
Snapped a new bar today, wind was fricken awesome so had to race home and get the old ESP bar.
I don't pimp/rag on kite brands. But it happens across alot of equipment not just isolated to kitesurfing. Factory defects during construction. A pro tennis player goes through hundreds of rackets a year- a couple of those might crack after one or two sessions. He doesn't leave his sponsors..just reports it to the brand/manufacturer so they can Quality control better.
But if you're offering up a brand new C4, I'd love one thanks :)
You go to the doctor, have some routine blood test as an full check up and find yourself on the wrong end of a high RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) factor indicating there is a good possibility that you may never be able to kite again and its likely you'll be severely disabled within the next 10 years. 
Then subsequent tests showed you happen to fall into the 10% who just show a high RA factor for no reason at all and everything is surprisingly okay.
Just putting things into perspective for people. There are sometimes bigger things to worry about in the grand scheme of things.
